INCOIS ने Specialized El Niño Bulletins शुरू किए

INCOIS ने maritime sectors को rising sea temperatures, marine heat stress और coastal risks के बारे में alert करने के लिए specialized El Niño bulletins शुरू किए।

Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services ने maritime operators के लिए specialized El Niño bulletins जारी करना शुरू किया। First bulletin में कहा गया कि El Niño event develop हो रहा है और November 2026 से January 2027 के दौरान peak कर सकता है। इसमें चेतावनी दी गई कि Indian Ocean की sea surface temperatures April या May 2027 तक normal से ऊपर रह सकती हैं। Bulletin ने coral bleaching, marine heat waves, reduced fish catch और monsoon season के दौरान Bay of Bengal में rough sea conditions जैसे risks को भी रेखांकित किया।
