MoSPI ने Energy Statistics पर Expert Committee की रिपोर्ट जारी की

Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation ने Energy Statistics पर Expert Committee की रिपोर्ट जारी की। यह रिपोर्ट भारत के energy database को harmonise करने और biofuels, captive power तथा EV electricity consumption से जुड़ी methodologies को बेहतर बनाने पर केंद्रित है।

यह रिपोर्ट महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि energy statistics नीति निर्माण, आर्थिक विश्लेषण और sustainable development के आकलन के लिए आधार प्रदान करती हैं। MoSPI ने कहा कि इसकी सिफारिशों को लागू करने के लिए कई energy-related ministries और stakeholders के बीच समन्वय आवश्यक होगा। रिपोर्ट ने बेहतर national energy accounting के लिए demand-side और supply-side data gaps को भरने की आवश्यकता भी बताई। अभ्यर्थियों के लिए यह economy, energy governance और official statistical systems के संदर्भ में उपयोगी है।
