Social Stock Exchange के लिए CSR Rules का विस्तार

CSR framework का विस्तार कर Social Stock Exchange पर Zero Coupon Zero Principal instruments में spending की अनुमति दी गई।

Ministry of Corporate Affairs ने Social Stock Exchange पर Zero Coupon Zero Principal instruments की subscription को eligible CSR activity बनाकर CSR framework का विस्तार किया। इस amendment से CSR-mandated companies eligible not-for-profit organisations को regulated market-based mechanism के जरिए support कर सकेंगी। ऐसे instruments पर spending किसी company के financial year के total CSR expenditure के 10 percent से अधिक नहीं हो सकती। यह CSR, Companies Act 2013, social finance और capital market reforms से जुड़े questions के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है।
