VYOMA Innovation Challenge Launched for Multilingual AI

Digital India BHASHINI Division launched the VYOMA Innovation Challenge to promote multilingual edge AI solutions.

The VYOMA Innovation Challenge has been launched by Digital India BHASHINI Division in collaboration with Current AI and Kalpa Impact. It promotes open-source, multilingual and voice-first AI tools that can work in offline and low-connectivity areas. The challenge invites startups, researchers, students, MSMEs, academic institutions and innovators to build solutions based on the Sunno Sutra platform. Twenty shortlisted teams will receive developer kits, mentorship and access to the platform, while winners may receive prizes worth up to ₹80 lakh.
