Vice-President Briefed on NCC and Sainik Schools

The Vice-President was briefed by the Ministry of Defence on the functioning and development of the National Cadet Corps and Sainik Schools.

The briefing covered the role of the National Cadet Corps in youth development and the expansion of the Sainik Schools network. Discussions included leadership training, discipline and defence preparedness. Such institutions contribute significantly to national character building.
