Textiles Summit 2026 Concludes

Textiles Summit 2026 concluded with focus on sustainability, exports and global market expansion.

The Ministry of Textiles concluded the two-day Textiles Summit 2026 held from 23 to 24 June 2026. The summit brought together representatives from state governments, industry and academia. Union Minister Giriraj Singh emphasised district and state plans, product-market fit, value addition and sustainability standards. The ministry also highlighted the need to translate recommendations from states, districts, industry stakeholders and export promotion councils into a National Textile Export Roadmap.
