TEC and BECIL Sign MoU for Advanced Broadcasting Research

TEC and BECIL signed an MoU to collaborate on research and technical studies in advanced broadcasting and convergence technologies.

The Telecommunication Engineering Centre, the technical arm of the Department of Telecommunications, signed an MoU with Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited. The agreement creates a formal framework for joint studies, research and technical contributions in broadcasting and convergence technologies. The collaboration will support the development of standards and technical capabilities for emerging communication systems. TEC is responsible for preparing technical standards and specifications for India’s telecom sector.
