Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda chaired a high-level virtual review meeting with Health Ministers and senior officials from States and Union Territories. The meeting assessed progress under the TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan and focused on accelerating last-mile action. The review highlighted intensified screening, preventive treatment, Nikshay Mitra participation and Ayushman Arogya Shivirs. The campaign is important for public health governance and India’s target of eliminating tuberculosis.
