Seventh National Water Awards Launched

The Ministry of Jal Shakti launched the seventh edition of the National Water Awards to recognise exemplary work in water conservation and management.

The National Water Awards recognise individuals, institutions, local bodies and organisations contributing to efficient water management. The awards promote public awareness, community participation and replication of successful water-conservation practices. They support the objectives of water security, groundwater recharge and sustainable use of water resources. The initiative is administered by the Ministry of Jal Shakti.
