Piyush Goyal to Visit UK

Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal was scheduled to visit the United Kingdom from 25 to 27 June 2026 ahead of India-UK CETA and DCC implementation.

Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal was scheduled to visit London from 25 to 27 June 2026. The visit comes before the implementation of the India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement and the Double Contribution Convention on 15 July 2026. The agenda includes a bilateral meeting with UK Secretary of State for Business and Trade Peter Kyle. Discussions are expected to focus on customs coordination, regulatory roadmaps, tariff commitments, services market access and the target of USD 120 billion bilateral trade by 2030.
