NHA Reviews AB PM-JAY and ABDM Implementation

The National Health Authority began a two-day Chintan Shivir to review implementation of AB PM-JAY and ABDM with States and stakeholders.

The National Health Authority started a two-day National Review Meeting on Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY and Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission in New Delhi. The meeting focused on the next phase of health reforms, digital health adoption, claims management and programme integrity. It highlighted that AB PM-JAY has delivered cashless treatment worth over ₹1.91 lakh crore, while ABDM has created over 94 crore ABHA numbers and linked more than 100 crore health records. The review is significant for understanding India’s digital health governance and public health insurance architecture.
