NFHS-6 Report Released by Health Ministry

The Union Health Ministry released the National Family Health Survey-6 report covering the 2023-24 period.

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare released the National Family Health Survey-6 report for 2023-24. NFHS-6 provides district-level data on health, nutrition, population, fertility, maternal health and family welfare indicators. The survey covered 715 districts and nearly 6.79 lakh households. It is important for policy planning and for tracking Sustainable Development Goals related to health and nutrition.
