NAFED Auction Portal NAFEX.in Announced

The Cooperation Ministry announced that Amit Shah would launch NAFED’s auction portal NAFEX.in along with other farmer-centric digital initiatives.

The Ministry of Cooperation announced the launch of NAFED’s auction portal NAFEX.in in New Delhi. The portal is intended to strengthen transparency, efficiency and digital processes in agricultural produce auctions. The programme also included initiatives such as NAFED-KALYAN scholarship, DRISHTI inventory management portal and ERP portal. NAFEX.in aims to streamline auction-related activities for farmers, member institutions and stakeholders. The development is relevant to cooperative sector reforms and agricultural marketing.
