Khet Bachao Abhiyan Set for National Launch

The Agriculture Ministry held consultations ahead of the national launch of Khet Bachao Abhiyan from Madhya Pradesh.

Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan held a virtual interaction with KVKs, ICAR institutions, agricultural universities and senior officials ahead of the national launch of Khet Bachao Abhiyan. The campaign was scheduled to begin from Ramsiya village in Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh on 1 June 2026. The initiative is linked to farmer welfare and field-level agricultural problem solving. It is relevant for questions on agriculture extension, ICAR, KVKs and rural development.
