Indian Railways Opens CHIRAG HR Centre

Indian Railways inaugurated CHIRAG as a Centre of Excellence for HR systems, research and digital transformation.

Indian Railways inaugurated CHIRAG, the Centre for HR Information Systems, Research and Analytics in Governance, in Telangana. The centre will function under the Indian Railways Institute of Financial Management. It will provide certified role-based training on the Human Resource Management System and create a master trainer pool. The centre will also integrate AI, machine learning and predictive analytics into railway administrative systems.
