India’s April-May Exports Reach USD 162.69 Billion

India’s combined merchandise and services exports during April-May 2026-27 were estimated at USD 162.69 billion, showing 14.66% growth over the previous year.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry released India’s trade data for May 2026 and April-May 2026-27. Total exports during April-May 2026-27 were estimated at USD 162.69 billion, compared with USD 141.89 billion in April-May 2025-26. Merchandise exports during the same period stood at USD 88.91 billion, while services exports were estimated at USD 73.79 billion. The data is important for questions on external trade, balance of trade and India’s export performance.
