India Hosts 68th Asian Productivity Organization Meeting in New Delhi
India hosted the 68th Governing Body Meeting of the Asian Productivity Organization in New Delhi, focusing on productivity-led growth in the Asia-Pacific region.
Union Minister Piyush Goyal inaugurated the 68th Session of the Governing Body Meeting of the Asian Productivity Organization at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The meeting brought together senior government officials, policymakers and productivity experts from APO member economies. Discussions focused on APO Vision 2030, productivity reforms, budget planning for 2027–28 and institutional leadership matters. The Asian Productivity Organization was established in 1961 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. It works to improve productivity and sustainable socio-economic development across the Asia-Pacific region.
