GSTAT Appeal Deadline Extended to 31 July

The Government extended the last date for filing appeals before the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal to 31 July 2026.

The Ministry of Finance extended the due date for filing appeals before GSTAT under Section 112(1) read with Section 112(3). The earlier notified deadline was 30 June 2026. The new deadline is 31 July 2026. GSTAT is an important appellate mechanism under the GST framework and is relevant for questions on tax administration and fiscal governance.
