DARPG Launches NeSDA 2025 Portal

DARPG launched the National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment 2025 portal to improve digital governance assessment.

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances launched the NeSDA 2025 portal. The portal will support assessment of e-governance service delivery by Central Ministries and States or UTs. It is aimed at strengthening digital governance, service delivery standards and performance tracking. The development is useful for governance, e-governance and public administration topics.
