CPGRAMS Central Ministries Report Released

DARPG released the 49th CPGRAMS report showing 1,78,423 grievances redressed by Central Ministries and Departments in May 2026.

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances released the 49th monthly CPGRAMS report for Central Ministries and Departments. In May 2026, 1,78,423 grievances were redressed, and monthly disposal crossed 1 lakh cases for the 47th consecutive month. The average grievance disposal time for Central Ministries and Departments in 2026 was 13 days. Department of Posts, Department of Financial Services Insurance Division and Department of Telecommunications ranked among the top Group A performers in GRAI.
