Cabinet Approves BHAVYA Rasayan Chemical Parks Scheme
The Union Cabinet approved BHAVYA Rasayan Scheme to establish three dedicated Chemical Parks with a total financial outlay of Rs 3,030 crore.
The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi approved Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojana Rasayan, known as BHAVYA Rasayan Scheme. The scheme will support the establishment of three dedicated Chemical Parks in the country. It has a total financial outlay of Rs 3,030 crore and will run from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. The Centre will provide a grant of up to Rs 1,000 crore per park, subject to a minimum contribution of Rs 500 crore by the concerned State Government. The scheme aims to strengthen chemical industry value chains, reduce logistics costs, improve environmental compliance and promote Atmanirbharta.
